Many members of our own design team are trained as architects who bring a detailed architectural perspective to all of our work. We also work with outside architects to support our work, providing HVAC, plumbing and structural recommendations, life safety, and other code and municipal compliance.

Our practice is built on the concept of assembling teams of consultants on a per project basis regardless of project type. It is interesting to note that some of the largest national and international architectural practices do the same. Partnering with the best ‘a la carte’ in design, engineering, urban planning, private equity, real estate developers, and construction firms allows practices to target the best expertise needed based on the specific client challenge.
When clients with architectural projects comes to us, we tap into our extensive network roster of trusted consultants to create the right team. Buro Happold Multidisciplinary Engineering
Buro Happold, which offers a global, integrated, multidisciplinary engineering, provided a complete range of services dealing with this built environment.
Their full range of engineering services included Urban Design and Planning, Regeneration and Master Planning, Transport Planning, Access and Disability Design Consultancy, Sustainability Consultancy, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Cost Engineering.
Conservation Design Forum
CDF provided landscape architecture and design, and assisted in preparing watershed management plans, design, and implementation stormwater best management practices. A significant emphasis of their work addressed the hydrologic impacts of watershed development through integration of stormwater drainage and retention systems into the overall development plan.
